SHIPPING POLICY

At Priscilla Pagano Jewelry, every order is carefully prepared and packaged before shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping

• FREE on orders of $99 or more
• Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

FedEx 2Day®️
• Available at checkout
• Shipping cost is calculated by FedEx based on the order and destination
• Carrier transit service: approximately 2 business days after shipment

Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

If your order is not delivered, please contact us so we can review the shipment and assist with the appropriate next steps.
