All Priscilla Pagano Jewelry pieces are carefully inspected, selected, and packaged before shipping.

Due to the delicate nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, wear, damage after delivery, or improper handling.

Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and images before completing your purchase.

If your order is not delivered or you receive an item different from the one you purchased, please contact us so we can review and resolve the issue.

If you make an error while placing your order, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed; however, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
